We've lived in Santa Cruz County since 1989, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. We truly believe we live in Paradise and love living in a Beach or Coastal Community. We love the easy access to the many beaches in Santa Cruz County for walking the dogs, Cash & Star, for picnics and of course for surfing. Living near the ocean is exciting because it is always changing. One day crashing surf, the next, warm and beautiful. We love where we live!
We also love what we do. Paula has been a Realtor in Santa Cruz County since 1992. Neal joined Paula in 2002 after a 15-year career in advertising. We've seen buyers' markets and sellers' markets. Hot markets and cold markets. But the fact remains, property always continues to sell in a beach community. We belong to the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors where Paula has served on its Board of Directors. You'll find our enthusiasm for our work is obvious and contagious!

We've been happily married since 1978 and have three great kids, Chaffee, Samantha and Annie.
